Using mySql database all recordings are stored to the database in BLOB form. This allows you to listen to the recordings wherever you are and make note and comments that will be added to the system. This is then available to be viewed by anybody that has access rights to the system

Create your user and give then just the privileges that they need

Allow only specific user groups to view and listen to certain recordings

Remains as a secure document for conflict management
